Research from University of Nottingham has provided new information about ductal carcinoma in situ

Current study results from the report, "Accuracy of mammography in predicting histological extent of ductal carcinoma in situ (DCIS)," have been published. "Accuracy of mammography in predicting pathological extent of ductal carcinoma in situ (DCIS). Mammographic extent is the main determinant for offering wide local excision (WLE) for DCIS," scientists in Nottingham, the United Kingdom report.
