Scientists discuss in "Non-closure of defects during laparoscopic Roux-en-Y gastric bypass" new findings in surgery. "The concern about internal hernias has prompted recommendations for routine closure of defects during laparoscopic Roux-en-Y gastric bypass (LRYGBP).
