Visage Imaging Expands Availability of Its Advanced Visualization Offering

Visage Imaging, a wholly owned subsidiary of Mercury Computer Systems, Inc. (NASDAQ:MRCY), announced an agreement with Siemens Medical Solutions to deliver advanced 3D visualization and image distribution solutions to hospitals and imaging centers worldwide.

Siemens will integrate Visage Imaging's advanced 3D thin client platform into its SIENET Magic product line. This unique thin client-based image distribution solution will be offered as a product upgrade to Siemens SIENET customers. The new component plugs right into the existent IT infrastructure and takes advantage of the existing configuration of users, image access rights, and DICOM routing.
