ACS Continues Partnership With the AmeriHealth Mercy Family of Companies With Three Year Contract Extension

Affiliated Computer Services, Inc. (ACS) announced a three-year $6 million contract extension with the AmeriHealth Mercy Family of Companies, the largest organization of Medicaid managed care plans in the United States.

ACS has been working with AmeriHealth Mercy since 2000, providing document sorting and preparation, imaging, and on-line and off-line data capture. ACS handles more than five million documents a year on behalf of the health plan and, through its technology and expertise, reduces turnaround times in order to expedite claims for the customers of AmeriHealth Mercy’s heath plans.
