Drug Resistant TB Spread in NYC Hospital Nursery
Published in Medical Letter on the CDC and FDA, March 2nd, 1998
The outbreak, investigated by the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), occurred at a large urban hospital and may have involved four newborns, one mother, and three healthcare workers.
