The 45-year-old man pleaded guilty to failing to comply with testing and treatment ordered by the New Hanover County Health Department.
Judge J.H. Corpening, II, sentenced the man, as the law prescribes, to a correctional hospital until he completes his treatment and no longer poses a health threat. The law permits hospital confinement for up to two years.
