Government orders abortion boat not to leave Dutch waters

The Health Ministry said the "Woman on Waves" must be within 25 kilometers (16 miles) of an Amsterdam hospital when offering abortion pills to women who are between 6 1/2 weeks and 12 weeks pregnant.
The decision was the latest legal challenge to prevent the volunteer crew aboard the floating clinic from working in countries where such procedures are illegal.
