Company completes first phase of ThraxVax design

Circle Group Holdings, Inc., (CXN) has completed the phase I design of its homeland security technology, ThraxVac, and produced a prototype model and promotional DVD for interested buyers. The DVD is expected to be used in the company's marketing activities. Previously, the company had entered into an agreement with Gassman Engineers, Inc., and Meridian Mechanical Corp. to develop a commercial version of its ThraxVac and Lidar technologies, which were originally developed at the U.S. Department of Energy's Brookhaven National Laboratory.
