Designer of laryngeal mask files court action for patent infringement in Germany
Published in Medical Letter on the CDC and FDA, June 12th, 2005
The lawsuit was filed on April 15, 2005, before the Regional Court of Dusseldorf in Germany, for infringement of European Patent No. EP 0 794 808 B1 in Germany and was served on Tyco Healthcare Deutschland GmbH on their stand at the DAC exhibition taking place in Munich, on April 17, 2005. The Regional Court in Dusseldorf carries about two-thirds of all patent infringement matters in Europe.
