U.S. FDA: Second Look Digital can be packaged with MAMMOMAT NovationDR

iCAD, Inc., (ICAD), a provider of computer-aided detection (CAD) solutions for the early identification of cancer, announced that the United States Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has permitted iCAD to package its Second Look Digital offering with Siemens Medical Solutions MAMMOMAT NovationDR Full-Field Digital System.

The joint solution combines hardware from Siemens with iCAD's digital technology and patented algorithms to help doctors and radiologists better detect cancer during a full-field digital mammography exam.
