An imipenem-resistant Acinetobacter baumannii outbreak produced OXA-23 beta-lactamase. "We investigated an outbreak of Acinetobacter baumannii in an intensive care unit and in the surgery, medicine, neurology, and urology wards of the Kosin University Gospel Hospital in Busan, Korea.
