Biopharma company reports third quarter net income of $26.2 million

For the third quarter of 2005, the company reported net income of $26.2 million, or $0.71 basic earnings per share compared to a net loss of $1.6 million, or $0.05 loss per share, for the same period last year. For the 9 months ended September 30, 2005, the company reported net income of $1.7 million, or $0.05 basic earnings per share compared to a net loss of $25.2 million, or $0.70 loss per share, for the same period last year.
Revenues for the third quarter of 2005 were $64.7 million compared with $34.7 million for the respective period...
