Community network of reference laboratories developed for influenza surveillance
Published in Medical Letter on the CDC and FDA, December 25th, 2005
According to a recent report published in the Journal of Clinical Virology, "The increased need for accurate influenza laboratory surveillance data in the European Union required formalization of the existing network of collaborating national influenza reference laboratories participating in the European Influenza Surveillance Scheme (EISS)."
