"Previous studies reported associations between sildenafil (Viagra; Pfizer, New York, NY) use and risk behaviors among men who have sex with men (MSM) in limited geographic areas or special populations. The purpose of the present study was to examine Viagra use among a broader MSM population. The 2002 HIV Testing Survey data from MSM recruited at bars in 10 US states was used to examine Viagra use in the 12 months preceding the interview.
