Net operating revenues for the fourth quarter were $730.2 million, a 0.4% decrease from the same quarter of 2005. Net operating revenues increased in our inpatient and surgery centers divisions due to regulatory pricing changes that positively impacted the fourth quarter of 2006 in our inpatient division and positive trends due to resyndication activities in our surgery centers division. These increased revenues were offset by revenue decreases as a result of continued competition from physician-owned sites and the closure of underperforming facilities...
