Younger America (Pink Sheets:YNGR) is pleased to announce that the Company's wholly-owned subsidiary, Life Without Pain, has sold 3,715 MEDLIGHT(TM) 630PRO devices on the Home Shopping Network. The units were sold for $189 plus shipping and handling per device.

Currently, the Home Shopping Network has a purchase order for 7,175 MEDLIGHT(TM) 630PRO devices that are still available on its Web site.
