Ip Auctions Selling Cell Works Patents

IpAuctions Inc. and Tranzon Fox auction companies are collaborating to sell the worldwide biotherapeutic patents previously owned by Cell Works Inc. and now owned by Cell Works Diagnostics, Inc ("CWD") and Cell Works Therapeutics, Inc ("CWT")

Cell Works Inc., a Maryland-based biotech company, had focused on developing cancer therapeutics and diagnostics tools. Currently six U.S. medical patents are for sale, including one associated with a liver cancer therapeutic drug that has already been granted orphan drug status by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA). Also included in the sale are 24 foreign patents.
