Hill & Knowlton has hired Dolly A. Judge as senior vice president and director of healthcare policy. Judge was most recently at Pfizer where she spent ten years in the DC office as the vice president, federal government relations and managed relationships with administration offices and members of Congress on key committees with jurisdiction over critical issues in health policy, Medicare and emerging science.
