Linkwell Corporation Reports on Operating Results for Third Quarter of 2009

Linkwell Corporation (OTC Bulletin Board: LWLL), a leading developer, manufacturer and distributor of healthcare related disinfectants in China, has filed its Form 10-Q report on operating results for the third quarter of 2009. Revenue for the third quarter was $4,076,445, an increase of $409,314, or 11.13%, when compared to the $3,677,131 in revenue for the same three-month period one year ago. Operating expenses increased to $1,185,015 from $932,422 as the Company continued its market expansion efforts. The net income for the three months ended September 30, 2009 and September 30, 2008 were $818,372 and $604,914, respectively.
