Raptor Announces Fiscal Results, Updates Programs and Appoints Investor Relations Firm

Raptor Pharmaceuticals Corp. (the "Company") (OTC Bulletin Board: RPTP.OB), today announced its quarterly financial results. The Company posted a net loss for the three and six months ended February 28, 2007, of $721,000 and $1,524,000, respectively, and a net loss per share of $0.02 and $0.05, respectively. As of February 28, 2007, cash and cash equivalents were $4,035,000 which included $1,620,000 in proceeds received in January 2007 from the exercises of common stock warrants. The Company issued 2,700,000 shares of common stock for the warrants which resulted in a total of 32,333,333 shares of common stock outstanding as of February 28, 2007.
