Study results from University Hospital update understanding of heart bypass surgery

"Aim The procedure of coronary bypass grafting (CABG) with coronary endarterectomy (CE) is controversial. However, in the setting of severely calcified coronary arteries CE may enable complete revascularization," scientists in Aachen, Germany report.
