Prime Income Asset Management (Prime), a Dallas-based advisory and management company to real estate and energy sector companies, announced that it has become a minority owner in Resurgence Software, Inc., a software development company located in Metairie, Louisiana. Prime's energy affiliated companies have both domestic and international interests in oil, gas and electricity including projects in Arkansas, Texas, Ghana and Bulgaria. Prime and its affiliated real estate companies also own, develop and manage over $2.5 billion of commercial real estate for public and private entities through the United States.
