Lifeblood Medical, Inc. is pleased to announce that it has received a Notice of Allowance from the U.S. Patent Office for its patent application titled, "Composition for Maintaining Organ and Cell Viability." The allowed claim provides patent protection for Lifeblood's proprietary solutions related to the prolonged preservation of organs, tissues and cells, and particularly for the preservation of organs donated for transplantation, as well as methods of making and using the same.
