Nano Chemical Systems Announces New Strategic Direction

Nano Chemical Systems Holdings, Inc. (Pink Sheets:NCSH), ("Nanochem" or "The Company") announces that it has reached an agreement with Dr. Mathew Zuckerman for the return of common stock in exchange for the release of any rights to certain patents that Dr. Zuckerman may have assigned or developed with The Company. The Company is now aggressively pursuing a new strategic direction which will be based on an acquisition strategy that will create tremendous shareholder value.
