Settlement Agreement between Advanced Biological Laboratory SA and Dr Robert Shafer

ABL SA is pleased to have reached a settlement, resolving the allegations that have been made about its relations and intent with respect to Dr Robert Shafer, associate professor at Stanford University, and the HIVdb website, which it believes were based on a misinterpretation of its intentions. ABL renews its sincere and profound support to Dr Robert Shafer and the HIVdb website for all its work and efforts toward HIV drug resistance research and innovations.
