Acacia Research Corporation (Nasdaq: ACTG) announced that Diagnostics Systems Corporation, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Acacia Research Corporation, has entered into a non-exclusive license covering U.S. Patent No. 5,537,590 and other patents with SAP America, Inc., a Delaware corporation, and Business Objects Americas, Inc., a Delaware corporation.
