2011 JUN 15 -- NMT Medical, Inc. will sell its BioTREK technology platform, which has been assigned to Joseph F. Finn, Jr., C.P.A. ("Finn") of the firm Finn, Warnke & Gayton, LLP to be liquidated for the benefit of NMT Medical creditors, at its sealed bid sale of June 10, 2011.

BioTREK is a technology platform that utilizes a novel bioabsorbable polymer to create a family of percutaneous devices for repair or remodeling of intracardiac defects including patent foramen ovale (PFO), atrial septal defect (ASD) and left atrial appendage (LAA).
