2012 MAR 14 -- NuPathe Inc. (NASDAQ: PATH), a biopharmaceutical company focused on the development and commercialization of branded therapeutics for diseases of the central nervous system, announced that the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) has issued a notice of allowance for U.S. Patent application 11/183,232 entitled "Drug Containing Implants and Methods of Use Thereof."
