VocalTec Receives $9.2 Million Net from the Sale of 11 of its 22 Patents

VocalTec Communications Ltd. (Nasdaq Capital Market: VOCL), a global provider of carrier-class multimedia and voice-over-IP solutions for communication service providers, announced the closing of the Patent Purchase Agreement (PPA) for the sale of selected patents to Karo Millennium J.P., L.L.C. as previously announced on May 28th, 2008. The transaction was successfully brokered by IPinvestments Group of Atlanta, Georgia.
