Biopharmaceutical company changes name, reincorporates in Delaware

Hana Biosciences, Inc., (HNAB) (formerly EMLR or Email Real Estate.com, Inc.) announced that its shareholders approved a proposal to reincorporate from Colorado to Delaware law, and change its name to Hana Biosciences, Inc.

The reincorporation was accomplished by merging the company into Hana Biosciences, Inc., its wholly owned subsidiary and a Delaware corporation. Effective October 1, 2004, the ticker symbol for the company's common stock has been changed to OTC Bulletin Board: HNAB.
