ACADIA Pharmaceuticals Announces Exercise of Over-Allotment by Underwriters

ACADIA Pharmaceuticals Inc. (Nasdaq:ACAD) announced that the underwriters have exercised in full their over-allotment option to purchase 862,500 shares of the Company's common stock, in connection with its public offering that priced on April 4, 2007. Including the over-allotment shares being purchased, the offering totaled 6,612,500 shares at a public offering price of $15.50 per share, resulting in aggregate net proceeds to ACADIA of approximately $96.1 million after deducting underwriting discounts and commissions and estimated offering expenses.
