BioMed Realty Trust Announces Exercise of Over-Allotment Option for Common Stock

BioMed Realty Trust, Inc. (NYSE:BMR) announced that its underwriters have exercised their over-allotment option to purchase additional shares of common stock in connection with BioMed's previously announced follow-on offering that priced on April 17, 2008. In total, the company sold 6,129,000 shares of common stock, raising gross offering proceeds of approximately $156.3 million.
