Keane Reaches Agreement to Acquire Portions of BearingPoint Commercial Business in North America

Keane, Inc., a global services firm that specializes in optimizing businesses' IT investments, announced that it has entered into an asset purchase agreement with BearingPoint, Inc. to purchase a portion of the BearingPoint Commercial business in North America. Finalization of this transaction is subject to customary closing conditions and securing approval by the court overseeing BearingPoint's bankruptcy restructuring.
