Biopharma company signs agreement with Celliance BioServices, Inc.

PhytoMedical Technologies, Inc., (PYTO) announced that the company has signed an agreement with Celliance BioServices, Inc., of Celliance Corporation - a Serologicals company - to initiate further animal studies of BDC-03, a plant-derived compound that has been successful in reducing body fat percentage, increasing lean muscle mass and lowering cholesterol in studies of growing animals.

Under the terms of the agreement, Celliance BioServices will conduct PhytoMedical's ongoing, early stage in vivo studies at its laboratories in Morgan Hill, California, a 30,000 square foot research facility known for its expertise in front-end, biopharmaceutical product development...
