Financial results for these periods are provided on both an actual and pro forma basis, reflecting the March 19, 2004, merger between I-trax and CHD Meridian Healthcare as though the merger had occurred on January 1, 2003. In addition, the pro forma results exclude the impact of $2.8 million in one-time merger expenses.
