Lubetkin brings a legal background of nearly 30 years to the position, with experience ranging from U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) regulation and trial law, to pharmaceutical law. Most recently, Lubetkin served as senior vice president, general counsel, and secretary of Odyssey Pharmaceuticals, Inc. Lubetkin brings considerable expertise in complex legal issues associated with the drug development process.
