CytoCore announces hiring of vice president of legal and regulatory affairs

CytoCore, Inc.(MCDG) announced that Edward Renner is assuming the position of vice president of legal and regulatory affairs.

Renner brings substantial experience in commercial litigation, labor and employment counseling, and regulatory affairs to his new role at CytoCore. He has recently been successfully representing CytoCore in various matters as outside counsel. CytoCore anticipates that bringing Renner and his function in house will result in substantial savings for the company.
