EntreMed CEO testifies before House Committee on Sarbanes-Oxley reform

Burns, president and CEO of Rockville, Maryland-based EntreMed Inc., recently testified on behalf of the Biotechnology Industry Organization (BIO) regarding the unintended consequences of Sarbanes-Oxley, the corporate governance law.
