Clearant Sterile Bone Implants used for first time in successful spinal surgery at UCLA

Clearant, Inc. (CLRI) announced that two Clearant Sterile Implants were used in a successful two-level cervical fusion surgery done recently at the University of California, Los Angeles.

This represents the first use of sterile bone allograft implants supplied through Clearant's new direct distribution program. The procedure was performed by Jeffrey C. Wang, MD, chief, Orthopedic Spine Service, and associate professor of orthopedics and neurosurgery at the UCLA School of Medicine.
