Advanced Magnetics, Inc., (AMAG) announced the appointment of Louis Brenner, MD as Senior VP and the appointment of Mohammed A. Salem, PhD as VP of Regulatory Affairs. Brenner joins Advanced Magnetics from his position as Senior director of Business Development for the Renal and Transplantation Units of Genzyme Corp. Salem joins the company from his position of VP of Regulatory Affairs and U.S. Head of Regulatory Affairs at Fresenius Biotech North America.
