Adenosine in-licenses the rights to technology for use in cardiac, cancer, vaccine applications

Adenosine Therapeutics, LLC announced that it has signed agreements with the University of Massachusetts Medical School (UMMS) and the National Institutes of Health (NIH) to license potentially important technology in the cardiac, cancer and vaccine fields. An exclusive license for the rights to U.S. Patent 5629298, "Adenosine as a Positive Inotrope in the Compromised Heart" has been executed with UMMS. The patent is based on work done by James G. Dobson Jr., PhD, professor of physiology and medicine at UMMS. The terms of the agreement were not revealed.
