Researchers from University of Illinois report on findings in mental health prevention

Researchers detail in "Employment barriers for persons with psychiatric disabilities: update of a report for the President's Commission," new data in mental health. "A major public policy problem is the extremely low labor force participation of people with severe mental illness coupled with their overrepresentation on the public disability rolls. This situation is especially troubling given the existence of evidence-based practices designed to return them to the labor force," investigators in the United States report.
