Clinical Data Prices 3,000,000 Share Common Stock Offering

Clinical Data, Inc. (NASDAQ: CLDA) announced the pricing of an underwritten public offering of 3,000,000 shares of its common stock at a public offering price of $22.00 per share. All of the shares are being offered by Clinical Data pursuant to an effective shelf registration statement previously filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission. Bear, Stearns & Co. Inc. is acting as sole book-running manager of the offering and Lazard Capital Markets LLC is acting as co-manager.
