MonArc Corporation MONA:PK Closes Acquisition of I.T.I. Biotech International, Inc.

Mon Arc Corporation (www.monacorporation.com - MONA.PK) is pleased to announce that it has closed the acquisition of I.T.I. Biotech International, Inc. The Company becomes a wholly owned subsidiary of MonArc, based on an all-stock transaction valued at $500,000 USD at a significantly higher strike price than what MONA is currently trading at (see filings on Pink Sheets).

In a related move, Paul Sylvestre, President of I.T.I. Bio-Tech www.itilaval.com has been appointed CEO of MonArc Corporation.
