Migami, Inc. (symbol: MIGA), a pharmaceutical and cosmeceutical company located in Woodland Hills, CA, (“Migami”) is negotiating a Letter of Intent (“LOI”) regarding an Asset Purchase for certain GMP manufacturing assets. The LOI being negotiated contemplates the purchase of a 90,000-square feet, state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in Arizona and other related assets.
