NeuroMetrix reports revenues of $14 million for second quarter, up 73 percent from previous year

NeuroMetrix, Inc. (NURO) announced the financial results for the three- and six-month periods ended June 30, 2006, with total revenues for the company's second quarter of $14.0 million, compared with $8.1 million for the second quarter of 2005, representing an increase of 73%.

During the three-month periods ended June 30, 2006 and June 30, 2005, 86% and 88% of revenues, respectively, were derived from biosensor sales and 14% and 12% of revenues, respectively, were derived from diagnostic device sales.
