New gene therapy data have been reported by researchers at University of Alabama, Gene Therapy Center

Data detailed in 'Evaluation of adenovirus capsid labeling versus transgene expression' have been presented. According to recent research from the United States, "Adenoviral vectors have been utilized for a variety of gene therapy applications. Our group has incorporated bioluminescent, fluorographic reporters, and/or suicide genes within the adenovirus genome for analytical and/or therapeutic purposes."
