Emrich and colleagues from the Hahnemann University, Pennsylvania, sought to determine if radioiodinated (I-125) MAb 425 binding and intracellular incorporation are modified when breast carcinoma cells are pretreated with the chemotherapeutic Taxol. Results from their study were presented at the 1999 Annual Meeting of the American Association for Pharmaceutical Scientists, held November 14-18, 1999, in New Orleans, Louisiana.
