Fitch upgrades Valley View Hospital (Oklahoma) to 'BBB+'; removes from Rating Watch Negative

Fitch upgrades the rating to 'BBB+' from 'BBB-' and removes the Rating Watch Negative on the approximate $16 million outstanding Valley View Hospital Authority Hospital Revenue Refunding Bonds, series 1996, issued on behalf of Valley View Regional Hospital (VVRH).

The Rating Outlook is Stable. On April 4, Fitch placed the rating for VVRH on Rating Watch Negative, and on June 20 downgraded VVRH to 'BBB-' from 'BBB' over delays in VVRH providing audited financial statements as is required in its bond documents.

The two-notch rating upgrade and the Stable Outlook is based solely on the strength in VVRH's sales tax debt service subsidy, not on VVRH's...
