Fertility-focused company reports increased revenues in 2003

IntegraMed America, Inc., (INMD) announced financial results for the fourth quarter and year ended December 31, 2003. Revenues for the fourth quarter of 2003 were approximately $23.2 million, compared to $23.7 million for the same period in 2002. The contribution to earnings from operations was approximately $2.5 million in the fourth quarter of 2003, compared to $2.4 million for the fourth quarter of 2002. Net income for the fourth quarter of 2003 was $266,000, or $0.07 per diluted share, compared to net income of $214,000, or $0.06 per diluted share for the fourth quarter of 2002.
